Area Sales Executive
The Area Sales Executive is an independent sales representative and accountable for selling in a business-to-business environment. This
position is responsible for selling the full line of Tallcoat security solutions and services and acts as consultant to customers offering solutions
for the efficient performance of security operations.

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives representing Tallcoat's multiple
security product and services offerings in a named account and geographic territory. The successful candidate will excel in consultative selling
and possess the professionalism and experience to surpass gross sales revenues and bottom line profits. They must be highly skilled in
successfully managing the sales process from discovery to account development, negotiations and closings. Demonstrated ability to build
strong and lasting relationships within client groups and C-level contacts with an understanding of the issues they face.

Successful candidate ideally has prior public sector experience applying a consultative sales approach to marketing both business and
technical solutions, and familiarity with at least one of the following disciplines: Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice,
Military and/or Homeland Security.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

Minimum of 2 years business to business sales experience
preferred
Proficient in account planning, development and management
Understanding of territory management
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to quickly assimilate industry specific information and
account knowledge then translate to a sales strategy
Ability to develop integrated solutions based on contract
offerings and client needs
Capable of performing a consultative selling role
Superb closing skills in professional environment
Proven ability to provide timely and accurate revenue
forecasting
A proven and consistent track record producing substantial
revenue required

Excellent written communication and time management skills
Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
Must be able to work in a team-selling environment
Must be highly self-motivated
Ability to generate your own leads as well as work with inside
sales team
Must possess strong interpersonal skills

Solid PC skills
Good driving record and reliable transportation a must

Perform sales and technical discussions with potential
