In this highly critical role, our ideal candidate is a highly experienced and motivated sales manager with experience in mentoring and
motivating a regional team of field sales reps. Responsible for encouraging and motivating regional Sales Team in a successful, high-
volume region to drive sales and increase profitability through the development of high performing cohesive teams while simultaneously
carrying out the vision and overall business strategy.

The Regional Sales Manager will have:

5+ years sales management experience with another 3 years minimum of successful sales experience
Experience managing transactional sales reps/teams in complex decision making Business to Business environments
Documented track record of exceeding quotas and profits
Documented track record in managing, motivating, mentoring, coaching, training, retaining the best sales people
Excellent time management skills
The ability to think strategically and outside of the box to make deals happen and assist their reps.

Qualified candidates must be able to network, recruit, train, develop and promote quality associates into progressive, meaningful management positions, and demonstrate remarkable talent to consistently train and carry out winning sales programs.

Core responsibilities:

Work with senior management to drive sales planning, establish sales objectives and forecast monthly new business sales
projections
Achieve sales goals of your sales team by mentoring, planning, coaching, monitoring, and appraising job results
Consistently grow monthly sales volume to achieve company revenue goals
Builds a customer centric orientation and drives acquisition of high quality customers that consistently renew
Provide proactive sales management including, but not limited to; monitor discounts, approved segments, appropriate budget set
per client, sales rep CRM compliance and sales rep activity and productivity levels
Provide region specific insights regarding pricing, product and marketing campaigns
Develops territory and account strategies to support and attain quota in territory
Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs utilizing solution selling models
Provides strong leadership to drive and overachieve key expectations
Maintains company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others
Represents Tallcoat at industry trade associations and events
Understands the market, the customer and the competition
