At Tallcoat Corporation, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our pledge to you is that
we will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose, or make available personally identifiable
information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission, except when
we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of Tallcoat
Corporation.
Protecting Customer Information
Each Tallcoat Corporation employee is made aware of, fully understands and is compliant
with all of our Privacy and Security policies. We use state-of-the-art technology to protect your
data from unauthorized third parties.
Use of Collected Information
We use the information we collect about you only to process orders. When you order, we
need to know your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers,
and credit card information. We will only use your email address and phone numbers if we
need to contact you about the order. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to
notify you of your order status.
Shipping
Order Total does not includes order costs and the 48 continental U.S. shipping charges. It
does not include shipping charges for Alaska and international destinations, or any other
applicable taxes. To better serve you, all items are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery®
(Service Days Tuesday–Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Please allow 5-7 business days for
processing and delivery. For those including an email address, a notice of product shipment
will be sent to that email address.
Damage in Shipping
Occasionally, items may be damaged in transit. Carriers are liable for damages that occur in
shipping. Inspect all packages and items upon arrival. If any damage is found, note details
on invoice, save original carton and packing materials, notify carrier, and contact us for an
RMA promptly, see instructions below. Specify Credit, Exchange or Refund.
Return Policy
Orders may be returned NQA (No Questions Asked) within 5 days of receipt. Call us toll-free
at (888) 791-7212 between 10am-5pm EST for Return Material Authorization number (RMA)
and Instructions. All returned merchandise must be in original carton and in original
condition for a full Credit or Refund. Save your receipts. Return shipping costs are the
customers responsibility. If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you
will be responsible for all charges and expenses. Only the cost of the item will be refunded.
If an item is found to be defective we will replace it at no cost to you. Specify: Credit,
Exchange or Refund.
Liability
Products should be used only in accordance with manufacturers instructions. We assume
no responsibility connected with the use or misuse of any product. Having no control over
the use of a product, we will assume no liability for any loss, damage or expense arising
from the use or misuse of any product offered. Shipping insurance is offered on all orders at
additional cost. All insured orders are fully covered against loss or damage and are tracked
for delivery to final destination. We recommend insurance. Uninsured parcels may not be
covered or tracked.

As always... Prices are subject to change. At Tallcoat you will never be charged more than
the price you see listed. If we neglect to post updated prices, you will not be billed any extra.
